Elevator Pitch #3

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ps_yui9CK5I

Pretty much a replay of Elevator Pitch #3. Tried adding more inflection in my voice as was recommended in a feedback comment. I feel like I still need some more practice if I were to actually be presenting my product to an investor, but you've got to start somewhere.

  1. Hey Jeff!

I watched your last pitch, and I remember you mentioning how elevator pitches are not your thing. I can honestly say you've come such a long way from the beginning and this pitch is fantastic. You're right, it isn't a whole lot different from #2, but you can tell that you made slight adjustments with your gestures and tone while presenting, and this translated into more confidence. You hit every point you need to, do it clearly and concisely and do a good job of emphasizing what things will best suit your consumers' needs. I really have no constructive criticism besides the fact that this is so close to being perfect, so if you continue to practice, you'll be there ready to present this to anyone in no time. You have an awesome, practical and simple idea and I can't wait to see where it goes.

  2. Jeff, this has been my favorite pitch to watch so far! You truly do captivate the audience with your tone of voice and cadence. I was engaged throughout your pitch, and was sold by the end. I think what many other students miss is the closing line, which you nailed. Not only did you communicate your idea but you created a call to action that encouraged your listener to become involved not only in your network but with your product. Fantastic.

  3. I must say you truly have an art for pitching a product whether you would like to admit it or not! You were everything perfect, you talked at the right pace giving everyone an opportunity to to process what you were saying, while still being able to keep the audience intrigued and fit all of your points in within a minute. You have a great opportunity here and it is within reach I guess at this point you just have to put the butter on the bread. Great job.

  4. Hello Jeff,
thank you for your contribution to this class. Although at the beginning you've stated how you're not great at elevator pitches, I think you've done a phenomenal job at presenting your idea with confidence.

You projected your voice loudly and made it possible to hear your every word. This projection, along with the fluctuations in your tone and utilization of gestures kept me interested in what you had to say.

You did a great job of pitching your company, as well as emphasizing the consumers needs.

    Great job Jeff!

  5. Hi Jeff, great job on your post. This is a really good pitch that grasp my attention the whole time. I do not know why you thought you were not good at elevator pitches. You sounded great! It also seemed like you really took into consideration all the feedback that was given to you in the previous elevator pitches. Great job!

  6. Jeff,

You did a great job on your last elevator pitch. I went back and watched your first two and I can definitely see the improvement. Your pitch hits on all the major points and definitely gets people interested by reminding everyone of a time when they accidently jammed something under their finger nail. You did a great job on taking all the advice given to you in the comments and using that to improve on your pitch.
